Claiming is simple with GapOnly®
Step One
Let your us know you’d like to submit a GapOnly® claim for your pet’s treatment.
Step Two
We will then lodge the GapOnly® claim, and it’s assessed in around 10 minutes.
Step Three
Once the claim has been assessed and approved, you simply pay the gap and go.
Service Availability
A GapOnly® claim can be processed (AEST or AEDT as applicable, excluding NSW public holidays):
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
When GapOnly® isn’t available, an electronic pet insurance claim can be submitted instead.
